Last year I walked, and this year I will run, for my two breast-cancer-surviving moms.  I love them both with all my heart and will continue to support this cause as long as I am able!

After years of living with an eating disorder and seeing the death and devastation that eating disorders cause in the lives of so many people, it can not help but to remain a cause close to my heart.

With a possible coming diagnosis of Lupus, I have done a lot of research into the disease.  It is an often devastating, chronic condition that affects each patient differently.  Luckily, supports like these exist to give patients support and advice on how to best live with the disease.

OPEN MINDS RUN

Mental Health issues affect not only myself, but so many important people in my life.  The Schizophrenia Society's annual Open Minds Walk/Run is a great chance to support mental health in your community.  This is the first year we will be participating, but both Tim and I are going to RUN it this year!!!
